This is a scam company.
Calls saying they are my energy provider's provider. Didn't know my name, or any information, and when I asked why they couldn't verify my account through my phone number like my energy provider does when I pay my bill every month, she started getting short with me saying "well we just need it verify. Do you want a discount or not." Playing along I ask if I can call back shortly when I find my bill and ask some more questions and am only told they will call me not the other way around. Ask how this "discout" will work, she says she will tell me after I give her my account number and address. Hang up, call back, it's an automated line asking you how old you are, if you want a vacation and that you won a cruise.
