Sounds like a nigerian. Calling wanting to know if you want to lower your interest rate on your credit card. I don't believe Raytheon issues credit cards. Total fraud. Am reporting to the FTC website now. I cussed them out so they hung up on me. I am also going to follow up with Raytheon.
