My acccount with Amex was handed off to this company they said it was another part of the company. It’s probably just outsourced to save on efforts to collect older debts. May be contracted by Amex to get money off old debts. They also use (866) 205-4559 and email [email protected] which aexp.com is listed on amex’s website of official email correspondence. At first I was weary but everything checks out for me.
