Just received this call at 11:30 am Eastern time. They said they were with Verizon and we're saying my phone was ready for upgrade and the stores I could use. I think it is them cause they did know certain details I think they were trying to rush in to get me to buy something from them. I don't think it was anything else they didn't ask for stuff I wouldn't want people to know. I just didn't want to deal with them I was busy.
