Calling say they have reached out multiple times by phone and mail and will try one more time. If you call back they say you have had some credit card from some place you never shopped at and give some outrages balance. Then say if not pay they are taking you to court. They got smart when I told my wife to hang up said I was not her legal counsel complete fraud try to scare you into paying them.
