When I call them back: "The party you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please leave your number and somebody will return your call ASAP". ... but they do not, simply call, then ignore your "hello?" and hang up.
Thus DO NOT call and leave them your number else!
Put this call on your "BLOCKED" list!
I suspect that they simply, randomly auto-dial any/all numbers, and IF someone answers, they flag that number as being "live", thus the put on telemarketing lists to sell.
