   Applied for loan online. As expected my email was flooded with offers. This number and email was from South Carolina and company was “America Loans” or something like that. I received a phone call from a gentleman, strong accent possibly from India. Unfortunately I gave my bank info AFTER moving my money because I thought it was a little odd. He said his company would send me a small portion direct deposit and I would send it back to his company, same day as to prove good faith. I checked my balance and there was $300 more in my account! I was starting to think it was the real deal, but then looked at where the funds came from. Apparently these people filed for a disputed charge online in my account without my knowledge, my bank credited me $300 because I’m in good standing, and I would have sent them the $300 and when my bank finished the disputed charge, they would then want that back and Id be on the hook. Chase bank is who told me. I called the bank before making the deposit. Luckily I dodged that scam bullet. Do NOT give this person any info!!!! SCAM!!!!!!
