I get calls 1- 2 times daily. they tell me to reboot my device. I dont have a device. i have called them back 4 times , spoke to rep. they told me someone else name( not ne) to remove my phone#, from this person account. I was told they cant, that that person needs to do it? really, well, if they dont know, how would they> theis dont make sense. I told them to reach out to that person, by their address or email, and get this straighted out. If this per person, need to reboot there device, it must be important!
