I received a voicemail from a “representative” indicating I needed to return their phone call that day prior to 7:00pm. They claimed to be PNC Bank. I did return the telephone call but the automated system was unlike the “real” PNC Bank. I hung up and telephoned PNC son their 800-number. PNC investigated and indicated there were absolutely no notes on my account, the account is in good standing, and there was no reason they would have called. This was either a telemarketer or a scam/fraud.
