This person called me and leggy a voicemail about "federal student loan forgiveness". I called back and spoke with"ashley". I asked her if she worked for the government and she said ", i work for fafsa". She asked if i know about the "student loan forgiveness program" i said i didn't and asked her to explain. Then i asked her what type of information she'll need from me and she said things like name, email SS#! I stopped her and said I'm not comfortable with giving that info to someone who called me. She then rudely said "well obviously you don't know about our program. Go online and educate yourself about it so we don't waste anymore of each other's time", immediately after saying that she hung up. I tried calling back 2 times and both times I was hung up on after they said "hello". I noticed that now when i call back there's no access for me to talk to anyone; it's just a busy tone.
