I've been getting calls from this company too. I've had this number for over five years. I have no debt because I don't have a bank card. I'm a minor! I don't even have a checking account! All I have is savings. WTF

they try to collect debts that have long since expired over 15 years and they dont stop. They're rude and harrass you.. did a complaint with the Fed and all Midland did was deny they were calling..

Don't know who this is. They call a couple of times a day. I just answer the phone but don't say anything and they hang up. I'm sure they'll get tired of it and stop calling eventually.

Just received the third call today from these scumbags and it's only 2:03 in the afternoon. I'm sick of them! It does no good to file a complaint with the FCC or DoNotCall.gov. They do nothing to stop these bottom feeders.

These guys are what one would classify as bottom feeding class of debt collectors. They buy old and statute barred debt and try to collect 10 to 30 cents on the dollar. Of course once they receive any monies, the statute date reverts back to day 1 and then they come after you with everything including their ambulance chasers department. Since majority of their collection tactics borderlines harassment and illegal methods, you can report them to various agencies. But know this, they know all the loopholes that feds have, but not all the loop holes that state governments have. So report them to the state authorities first.

This is Midland Credit Manage aka Midland Funding aka Encore, etc. They call every day, at all hours of the day and night, and never leave a message. Today, they hacked my cell phone and called my land-line. The caller ID on my land-line said that I was calling from my cell phone, which was sitting right beside me when the call came in. My wife answered the land-line, and it was Midland Credit Management calling about some credit card debt. She hung up on them! They're getting sneaky, and all these repeated calls are just harassment! When are they going to give it up...

6:30 a.m.?! THAT is grounds for a lawsuit, since they are not allowed by law (FDCPA) to call before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. for "collection" purposes...

These jerks have been caling me at LEAST 3 times a day since last week, anywhere from 6:47 am to 9:37pm. From what I've gathered from other phone # ID sites, this company buys up unpaid debt, then harasses anyone who's name matches the name on the debt if they can find a close enough phone #, whether the debt belongs to you or not. They are EXTREMELY RUDE when you tell them you are NOT the person they are looking for, and CONTINUE to call you at all hours anyway! I have notified the FCC, and our State consumer protection dept., since it seems that they are violating federal law regarding collection calls.
