This is a scam. Cancelled my credit card and got a refund of $169.48

Got through only once, sent back 3 bottles, never got a refund and once again cannot get through. Cancel your credit cards and get replacements before they charge you again!!!!

Similar experiences as above, however the ignorant representative told me even though my credit card had just been charged the day before, without a product being sent, she was unable to find me in their system. As my frustration grew, the representative told me that the only way she would be able to find me is if I gave her my credit card number? Yeah right lady. Your company is stealing money out of my account and you want me to provide you with my credit card number. Regardless card is cancelled and business is blocked from further transactions. This type of business should be shut down, they are essenteially predators.

I thought I had purchased a trial bottle of Garcinia Cambosia for $4.95. Supposedly I had 14 days to cancel before an additional charge would be taken from my account. This information was not made clear to me and I was charged an additional $80. When I called to try to get my money back, I was told I could NOT get a refund. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, no one answered and a recording came through that it was after office hours. I called back the next day. Spoke with a polite gentleman, but still no refund! This is a SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!!
BigHoyt replied 2015-01-27 21:46:54I went back to my bank account the next day and two more charges were incurred. One for $132 and the other for an international transaction fee. I have cancelled my bank card that they are using to steal money from me and have filed a dispute with the bank. PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO THIS SCAM!!!! -

This is very much a cam. I was charged $80 for something that I did not purchase. The telephone number that pops up on your bank account is disconnected and the when you can get someone at this company they are extremely ignorant!!!!!

This is a scam. Charles said he was located in Phoenix, AZ but would not disclose his physical address. So far charges exceed $140; no refund possible. Absolutely an internet scam

This company sells items like Garcinia Cambosia. It is a scam. The company makes it impossible to cancel. Clicking on their site sells you what they want, not what you intended to order.
