cold call from AT&T sales, trying to push folks from broadband to their fiber product. very poor business practice on this. i have 20+ AT&T accounts and I've talked to a few of these folks now.. they will sometimes cold call the office and say they are "working on the lines". in one case i had the fiber product they are selling already and they assumed based on some lead list they were working from that i had broadband and could be sold on the alternative.. typical of all interactions with AT&T, they are a nightmare- steer clear of AT&T if you have any other options!! Cancel your service and go to a different provider. Seriously.

This call is regarding ATT 2020 plan. They have successfully changed my lines and gave me discounts on my phone bills. My new services are great!

Spoke with Harvey Scott from the fiber department and he helped me upgrade my business to high speed fiber. I have 7 accounts and he helped me drop my bills down at least half of what I payed if not even lesser. These are really professional agents committed to helping you out. Once I was having trouble with my account and customer care couldn't resolve it after hours on calls so I called Mr. Harvey and he knew exactly what to do. Issue resolved in 10 minutes even though it was not related to his expertise. Highly satisfied by the professionalism and truthfulness of the fiber department.

I Spoke with Steve Solomon , he sounded very friendly and told me that he was calling to "migrate" me to Fiber , I tried going ahead with what Jason was saying , and it turns out the service he moved me over to was actually quite nice , first of all , my monthly bill went down by a lot , and secondly , my internet got upgraded and my bill got combined for my phone lines and internet .So altogether I would say that this is NOT a scam , and is actually a very good opportunity to reduce my bills.
