Called early morning on 3/28/2024 with caller ID showing 971-379-2262. "Rajella" left message claiming to be with "Blue Cross Blue Shield" needing to speak to my husband about his prescription. This seemed suspicious as his nurse navigator is in charge of coordinating all matters regarding his surgery. I called BCBS directly and their rep found no notes of any such calls, and the callback number doesn't match any of their numbers so we are to treat this as a scam call.

I received a call on March 11th, March 12th and March 13th from Miguel claiming to be with BCBS. I did not answer any of the calls but a voice message was left each time. The message asks me to call 888-285-2241 for important information about my prescription. All the calls came from 785-741-8668. Reported to BCBS fraud line.
