   I was called and left with a voicemail regarding fuel debt relief. It’s interesting because I attempted to get my fuel lowered in May butbmy application was complete just no one got back to me. So I’m not sure how they got my information it’s january of the following year. I applied for a state program so why is Kansas calling me?I actually missed the call and a guy Justin left me a voice message. He said,
   
   “Hi this is Justin the following up in regards to your other request to be evaluated for fuel forgiveness programs and potential of payment options it's currently Thursday, January 30 and the reason for my call is that we were never able to reach you to complete the application that we can do so then we just have to close it out so if you want to proceed please let me know no later than the end of business today even if you don't want to pursue it further so we can make a note in our records and stop calling you um you can reach us at 888-231-1249 and tell us 6 PM Pacific standard time I'm not available you can speak with any of the other little counters in the office and they can help you out just us and Cell thanks and have a great day”
   
   I haven’t called back because I was skeptical
