   They just call remain silent. Then when I call and asked if they called me. They said I owed them money and they are Portfolio Recovery and were looking for someone else. I asked them their address. They hung up,I asked them not to call me anymore. They hung up, I asked them what was their managers name or their name and they hung up. All the time they keep calling.

   Debt collector, don't give them your name. Unless they identify themselves, never admit your name. Even then, I still just hang up.

   (Not sure what "your rating" means - I rated myself as trustworthy." But if rating this phone number, please make it the opposite). I too have been getting calls from this number as early at 8:30 am and as late at 9:00 pm. As another reviewer noted, they are a debt collection agency and will call everyone with the same last name in "phone book" if it is still called that these days. I know because my sister also got these calls. I thought I got rid of them a couple of years ago, when I actually talked with someone, made them tell me who they were looking for and that it wasn't me, but they are baaaaaack. I don't answer, but it is really annoying when you are sick and have to look over at the phone to see the caller ID number. I pity anyone who doesn't have a smart phone or caller ID. I wish I had a ability to switch over to a recording of "this number is no longer in service."

   I just changed my telephone number due to telemarketers calling.
   
   Now with my new number, I have these idiots calling night & day.
   
   They seem to change their number several times a day. 954 606-9402

   They call every day, even holidays, night and day. I usually just do not answer. They leave no message. I answered one time, and told them to take my name off of their list. I did not give them a a chance to say much.
   The caller attempted to get me to put my husband on the phone, I told her he did not want o speak with her, and I hung up. They continue to call. Very annoying since I have been in bed sick for 6 days.

   This number calls almost 24 hours a day. Never a set time frame. Day and night. 7 days/week. Leaves no message. "Portfolio recovery". I don't know if they are a debt collection number. I don't answer the phone. They could be; I consider them harrassing.

    Never answer they bug u forever regardless if ur their target and they call all hours of day and night over a debt that's off my credit report and is 20 years old

    this is a company known for buying old debt, debts discharged in bankruptcies, and debts past Statute Of Limitations(SOL), they call from spoofed numbers from all over country, even from areas within ones own state hoping for a "live" pickup. then they try to get one to verify their personal info, afterwards you will be threatened from a myriad of illegal actions. they mostly hang up on answering machines.never give personal info to an unknown caller, this company will call others with same name from every state, they have been in trouble for many actions i have found 800 notes has much info on this company. and they will call relentlessly, spoofed numbers, toll free numbers, some caller id will say portfolio recovery, other times it will say like this one i just received, says Florida Call, be aware they are a very shady company.
