I cealld the # above, and the only additional information I was given is that the account number needs to be a 13 digit format. The agent could not tell me anything more about what needs to be in this field, or what the old obsolete format was. I don't know why the format cannot be specified on the web site.BTW wouldn't you think that the fact that your checks and debit transactions are about the start being recjected would be plastered on the front of the web site, instead of being buried down below the news of Babies on Parade.. . I think the credit union has lost its way.This on top of the other recent changes , leads me to believe that I might be best to move my money elsewhere.It sounds to me like the credit union is starting to be a credit union in name only, but behaving like a bank.
