   The well-known scam with "Your computer is at risk and I am from microsoft and can help." Well you pretty stupid Indian-spoken man that I use no Microsoft product. I just hung up and after that came a few calls I ignored them and later blocked the number.

   got a call from Michigan. Later they called again from the 989 number but it has V and codes on top, which indicate that these calls are made from computer in india. Pathetic jerks, better luck next time. lol.

   I had the exact same "technician" call that had an indian accent telling me that my Windows based computer has a malicious virus that notified them. And that it can be done with the computer in the off mode. I asked what kind of windows do I have then or version of it. what email did it come from. Then they hung up.

   The "technician" and his "supervisor" called to inform me that my computer had become infected and was causing a disruption on the "Global Routing System." They wanted to have me allow them to temporarily take over my computer to permanently remove and block the corrupted files because the virus had obviously removed the delete button from my event viewer.
