I would say these guys are scammers. This is a US number, which just called me in Australia claiming to be the New South Wales Economic Development Office. They were asking if we were still looking for new business premises. I have seen on other review pages, that they have posed the same question around USA & Canada also, always claiming to be a local office/bureau.
