   This was an actual citibank card fraud person - they read out my recent transactions to ensure they were not fraudulent and never asked me for any personal information aside from verifying the name and phone number for my card.

   Call is in fact fraud, those posting it is legitimate are part of the fraud. I called Citi directly using number on back of card, neither the callback # or the 208-222-2207 number were valid Citi numbers.

   It's legit. Call Citibank directly using the number from your card. That's what I did, and they confirmed this was a legit number from their Fraud service concerning some suspicious charges on my account.

   This is legitimately Citibank Fraud — don't ignore it. I was suspicious because it was flagged by Android as a potentially suspect number, but I confirmed with Citibank. Remember, if you're unsure, you can always hang up and contact the number on the back of your credit card instead and ask for the fraud department. But don't ignore it — if this number is calling you, it means someone has been trying to use your Citi card without your authorization.
