This is a call center faking as if they work for Microsoft. What ever you do,do not answer yes to anything they ask you. The same group tried back in august 2019 to steal my info off my computer. They will call and say your computer is going to crash if you do not pay $399.99 and tell you that you have to give them 24 hours to have your computer fixed for you. They want you to let them remotely gain access to your computer and steal your personal data and passwords. I actually had a laugh with it because I am no fool ! Ask them what your name is ? I asked the woman three times today what my name was, she said "hold on " then a man got on the phone and tried to get me to budge, I asked him what my name was and he kept saying mam, but mam,. I was laughing so hard at them. He said hold on, I heard some music for about 10 seconds then they hung up.
