   Called claiming the price of toner had gone up but had saved the previous cost for us on the next shipment. As soon as I said that we were on a plan, and it isn't dealt with at the level you're calling he loudly hung up.

   Said he was calling about our copier.
   I told him that the copier was fine. I asked him if he was from the name of our copier repair place. He made a noise in disgust and hung up.

   Called claiming to be from Sharp. Somehow he already had our exact model of copier. Lucky guess? He said they'd be shipping us a new cartridge at the old price. Total scam.

    Called pretending to be "tech support" for our copier. As I told him we don't have that brand of printer, he hung up.

    "Steve" was calling to find out the model number of the company's printer. When I asked which company he's calling from, he hung up on me.
