Caller ID said, UGI_Dept_400 Called with robotic call, said to call. I called, no name or anything given on their computer system, informed I need to give social security number and birth date. When finally connected with a person, I inquired as to who they are, the female said, This is the Upton Group. When asked what this is? She spoke, "Oh I can't give that information out due to patient privacy. So I need to verify you name, social and date of birth." I spoke, wait, you can't tell me what your company is? Her response: "No ma'am, due to patient privacy I have to verify who you are first before I can give any information about who we are." I responded with, that doesn't sound right. She hung up on me.

This place called me just today, asking if i was 'my name', i said yes, who is this? They said their name was Sherry, and that she was calling about an important business matter. I immediately hung up. I have no important business matters, therefore i won't talk to these people. They're just scammers.
