Called several times, then twice during one day - I answered the 3rd call. From "Energy Exchange...working with PECO...the state requires that PECO use a certain amount of solar...can't take phone number off list until agree to have someone come to the house and give estimate on solar." The woman argued with me that I was required to allow someone to come to my house!! Crazy.I reported it to the PA state Attorney General's office.
