Calls as same reported. Called from Tomball TX 281-374-4711 and told me to call 404-994-2810 X130 for a claim filed against me otherwise other actions will be taken. this was from Kimberly Marshall.
Mom replied 10/16/19, 4:43 PM10/17/19 got the same thing finally they are doing the rounds in IL. ScamWally replied 5/11/20, 3:05 PMI received the same call today on my cellphone -

This was a recorded message from Kimberly Marshall who was calling with a complaint against me, (never mentioned my name by the way). Said that if I didn't call back by end of day her client would have to take action (whatever that means). Total scam as I've received nothing in writing to that affect.

Call from Jeff fisher and Kimberly Marshall also a woman named Maia. Numerous times! All wrong information but claim to be suing me on a debt from 2010. I was a debt collector and that is illegal practice. There is no mini Miranda read stating attempt to collect or any information. I was also be told I’m in a pre legal status during a pandemic when no one is suing asked to speak to their attorney. Was called names and hung up on. You cannot bully or demean people into paying debt that isn’t verified. And 7 years is the statuate of limitations. I refuse to be told to pay something I know I do not owe!! Asked to not be called said they will keep calling until I submit in writing but clicked before giving me their information. All the way around illegal debt practice shame on them!

On Friday, 11-01-2019, @ 1022 hours, a Voicemail was left on my phone from 284-374-4711.
The Voicemail consisted of a automated female voice only identifying her as Kim Marshall and that I should call 404-994-2810 Ext. 130 n reference to some unknown person filing a complaint against me and failure to call back will result n their client going a step further w their complaint.
I called 404-994-2810. A man by the name of David Robinson answered. He would not tell me what company he was with and I had to ask for his name twice.
I didn’t give out any of my personal information other than he had the wrong number but he kept insisting that I was some unknown person.
The aforementioned two numbers need to b reported anytime they try to contact u.
Time is precious and I kno all of here wish these nightmare calls would stop!! -

Goes to vm. On landline. Leaves a very intimidating message that someone has filed a complaint and we have till the end of business day to call back at this number and extension 130. Never says a name of company,or complainant name, case or file#. They've called at least twice now.

These creeps are stil at it. I get numerous calls just like everyone else on here. I never call back. Except for name, they never ID themselves with company name, my name, or any other specific information. Don't fall for this scam. They violate every possible law or regulation regarding debt collection. SCAM

I've no unpaid bills and nothing in collections. But I am in the process of purchasing a home, so know my info can be easily purchased by solicitors. Kimberly left me a message stating a civil complaint was being filed against me. I knew it was fraudulent, so I called them from Google voice so they wouldn't have my number. If you ask ANY questions, "can you verify the debt by sending me a letter?" "what is the name of your company". They will get angry with you. I literally called them five times in a row.. they were MAD about! They would make things up about the debt and the collection process that was ludicrous and would become angry when challenged. I'd literally Google every law she talked about (it was all double talk) and ask her questions about it. She would get angry at me and went off on me telling me I don't pay my bills and she doesnt have time for it. After calling back and speaking with the same two people, bouncing between her and a male (who eventually asked me what was wrong with me and why did I keep calling..LOL) They told me they did not want my money and I was going to jail.. LOLOLOLOL This is a scam folks.. there are two people running it. The man called himself David something. I recorded the calls as well, I'll upload them to Reddit soon! They're HILARIOUS.

She stated that my husband had a loan, that they have made 175 calls(!!!) and show refusal of payment and collection has been turned over to his employer for wage garnishment??? I live in the good old state of Texas and that is not a legal option! She started yelling saying that she wasn't gonna argue with me and they will turn it over for further action??? I asked to speak with "Jeff Fisher" because she was getting too angry and she said "he didn't want to talk to me." Well I ended the call at that point with a few choice words for her. I will now contact the TDCA to have them reported for harassment and threats made in an attempt to collect a debt.

I've never answered these calls but get voicemails from them. Exact same words,harassment and messages as all the other people on this site are getting from these trolls. I've been getting these calls all year long promising to take immediate action if I don't call within 24 hours and nothing has happened. I have no outstanding debts and no legal actions against me. Don't fall for their lies and harassment, just block the number and ignore.

Received call from kimberly marshall alleging she had made several attempts to deal with a complaint filed against me. This is not true. There is no such complaint.The female voice then threatened immediate action me if I did not return the call that day to the 404 number!
I will contact Ill. Atty General office and the appropriate federal agency instead to report these crooks! -

Didn't state my name or anyone else's (which is unlike some of the other reports here) but said they'll be forced to take action due to complaints against me. Makes me laugh but it's also a pain in the a$$ and I wish the FCC or some government agency we citizens support, would catch these crooks as I'm sure some alderly or perhaps non native English speakers fall for this crap. I work for a large auto manufacturer and we have had expats get theses phone calls and freak out thinking it's legit until they talk to our HR dept.

Have been called by this "Critical Mediation" for several years now, sometimes twice a day! They are looking for a Earnest Hightower who I've never heard of!! They refuse to understand I'm not EH, not even the SAME GENDER!! This company should be sued for this type conduct. I am now in the process of contacting Texas Atty General and my own atty. Says her name is Kimberly Marshall, that her client has made a complaint against me, that they've tried to reach me by multiple means with no response(Never heard from them before this message) and if I don't call by the end of the day their client would be forced to take further action.
I was suspicious, since there was no reason anyone would be making complaints against me, they hadn't made any previous attempts at contact, and because they never stated my name, or the name of the company. I figured, best case, it was a wrong number, worst case it was a scam. Glad I didn't call them back after reading the experiences of others here. This 404 number is the contact number they left for me, but the call was made from (323) 450 2208. -

Claimed to be calling on behalf of a client with a suit against me. Didn't know who I was, or what the suit was regarding because Kimberly Marshall was in court. When I stated I don't show a Kimberly Marshall listed on the Bar Association's member listing for Georgia or Texas they became verbally abusive and hung up.

A robocall of "Jeff Fisher" claiming to have made several attempts to contact me about something which is never stated in the recording, and that if I have not replied in 24 hours, they will have to "move forward." It's all very vague and aggressive sounding. It's the same exact scam as Kimberly Marshall but with a man's name.
