Mark called to inform me my "Windows Program" had expired today and to help me they had deducted the renewal fee of $410 from my bank. (I DO NOT HAVE A HOME COMPUTER! LOL) He wanted me to turn on my computer so he could process the cancellation. I told him I was driving & could not do that, I would not be home til 3:30pm. He got agitated & told me to drive faster, he would call in 30 min! He called on one phone, I called back on another phone. Both phones have blocked the number.
