This number belongs to CBV Collections. These guys are unscrupulous. They do not follow the laws of Canada. This is a ghost number outsourced to a call centre in India. CBV is owned by Bob Richards - [email protected] - he can be found on the web boasting about using robocalls to harass people. They won't stop harassing unless you pay them. They don't care if you really owe them the money.

Collection agency has called me over a hundred times, even though I have told them over and over again that they have the wrong number. They continued leaving automated messages saying they were calling regarding an important business matter for somebody I purchased a phone off of 2 years ago. I'm certainly not going to help them! If I was the person they're looking for, then I could stop them with a registered letter. However, I'm not the person they're looking for, so it should be good enough for me to tell them the stop calling when I spoken with them. Clearly, they don't give a shit!
