Down in South Louisiana, when somebody’s your friend, a common term of endearment is “Padna.” It’s a lot like “pal” or “buddy,” and we used to hear it a lot. You see, we’re from Cut-Off, a tiny bayou town located in the southern part of Louisiana. It’s known for seafood and hospitality that are both life-changing. We’re Richard and Ryan Egle, co-owners of Padna’s.
