Caller said there were a technician from AT&T confirming my installation appt. I changed appt with them and then they tried to sell me a security package which I was not interested in. Sounded fishy and I contacted AT&T who said they hadn't changed the appt and didn't call. This is frightening that they had my appt information and address. Do not trust calls regarding AT&T appt rescheduling!
