Caller identified herself as Kathy McDonald and said she was calling me about a letter that i _should have received in the mail regarding $40 monthly payments_ for my student loans. Caller said it was important that i contact her immediately about this. The caller did not identify the company she was calling on behalf of. DO NOT TRUST.
