I got a call today stating that I was approved for an application that I did not submit through Transunion. All of the credit bureaus have blocked my account access for credit checks or information release due to a security breach from one of my doctor's offices that occurred outside of appointment setting websites. I am even unable to get approved for any new accounts without having to go through a lot of hassles to reinstate everything and prove who I am.

I called the actual Chase Fraud Bureau after being pressed for personal and financial details, and they informed me that the number is unrelated to Chase. The internet is currently flooded with this information. Cancel all of your credit cards, debit cards, bank and savings accounts, and more. It's a complete scam.
