Confirmed Scam.
Received a missed call from this number, didn't answer and no voicemail left. Googled the number and decided to call back after reading the reviews. A representative from Chase answered and I explained that I had received a call from this number and wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam. Representative did not ask for any identifying information but did confirm this number is only an inbound call number and you should never receive a call from this phone number. Confirmed fraudulent activity with phone number spoofing and advised to block this number.tanya powell replied 2019-10-02 21:46:47OK I just called the real chase number and they said this numberis real and in fact part of their credit card department..wow I told the guy off and everything! This number called me for the first time today at about 1130. I NEVER answer calls from anyone that is not on my contact list. They were kind enough to leave me a 4 second empty voicemail. I immediately blocked them.
-
Have to answer calls because caller ID is busted and am waiting to hear back from the furnace people. So, seriously NOT pleased to have my time wasted by spammers.
-
This number called repeatedly, everyday for over a week before I blocked the number. No message was left. I answered early on thinking it was a political election call, but there was no one on the line, so it was probably a robo-dialer.

This is not CHASE BANK's number and the website that directs you to this number or chasebankblink dot come is a fake website. THIS is Chase Bank's number: 1-800-935-9935
If you need a new debit card right away, stop by a Chase branch or call us at 1-800-935-9935. From outside the US, call us collect at 1-405-272-9935. If you use TTY support, call 1-800-242-7383. -
Unless you are a Chase customer AND have reason to expect a call from them, IGNORE THIS CALL. It is a disguised number made to appear as if it's Chase, but it's really a SCAM. Just pick up and then immediately hang up without saying a word. If you let your voicemail pick up, you'll just get their obnoxious recorded scam message.

Pretending to be JPMorgan Chase! Asking for your credit card number. I can't believe these call centers exist. Terrible. Beware!
-
I keep getting phone calls from this number and other local # to my city and they all start with the same area code 917-532 which mind you is my #. and when I call 800# back it states its chase bank. I looked up this #8009452000 and found this site with plenty of fraud accusations. They dont stop calling. I get at least 2 phone calls a day. I block every number but they register another # thats similar to mine which i dont have blocked and this whole ordeal is started all over again.

The phone rep wanted to add extra blocking to my line and I said no give me a new number. This was 2 months ago...And today I got the first one since changing my number from 1-800-945-2000 Chase Card Services
Brooke replied 2019-06-12 17:29:41I got a call from this number claiming to be Chase bank. The automated voice said that it was "Chase card services." I was immediately asked for my credit card number and it seemed you can not talk to a live person unless you give out sensitive information like your social security number. -
