These people tell you that they’ve tried to contact you before you have to “go to court”. They don’t tell you why unless you verify the last 4 of your social and something else. But they told me I had to repay these 2 pay day loans. I have never in my life taken out a payday loan, let alone 2 of them. And then they ask if you have a lawyer and they make it sound legit. But they’re definitely reading a script and when you ask them what company they work for they tell you some bogus company name that doesn’t match up. It’s a good scam in the sense that they make you think you did something wrong. Don’t fall for it. This is the 20th call I’ve received since COVID shut down and they always say this is my “last” warning. Well I should’ve been to court by now. Oh I hope this helps anyone who is worried and doesn’t realize they’re scammers. Be careful!
