This number called to pretend to be SC Medicaide Healthy Connections and needed additional info. When I called the actual Medicaide office they stated this is not one of their numbers and they showed no record of the call, and all outgoing calls are logged in their system. My application has also already been approved so there would be nothing else that was needed. They said there have been a lot of scams out there lately.
