Message says (paraphrasing) a tip about medication, to rember to take your medication leave a note on or near your toothbrush so you don't forget to take your medication. That way u You can associate brushing your teeth with your daily medication. Make sure you take your medication as the Dr. Prescribed you to, and let your dr. Know before you change anything about your medication routine. Also next time you get out to do something healthy like go for a walk, invite a family member or friend!
