They are just PHISHING for info. They tried getting personal information off of me but I do not reveal who I am on the phone and anyone I deal with knows they are to make contact through the mail with me...letter head from their company and all. Reputable businesses do not continue with their calls if you do not provide the appropriate information because they cannot risk exposing other clients sensitive information to those it's not intended for. This person however, called out an address that is not nor has ever been associated with me. Then after I tell that person that that is not me nor has ever been an address of mine...he says...oh well, guess I called the wrong person. Uh, yeah! Yeah you did. I do not have debt, no loans, no credit cards and pay cash on everything I have. When you tell me you're a debt collector but you never reach out through the mail (because you do not have my address), you never leave a message, and you conduct personal business in a manner that suggests you may be running it out the back door of a bar in the lower east side of Chicago and your name is possible Amir and not Scott...yeah, you've definitely got the wrong person pal.
