These are scammers and strong arm bandits. They call with limited and mostly incorrect information. Then try to get you to agree on sending money to them to stop legal action.
If you will not send money then they tell you your going to get a summons with in a few hours. They are actually only trying to get your correct address and location.Or the location and phone number of the person they are looking for.
Do not give them anything. True enforcement does not work like this. This is a scam .
