He genuinely sold me on the product, but it's a spoofed line. They wanted to authenticate me when I was ready to upgrade, but I said I was having trouble finding my card because I wasn’t sure that it was legit. They even told me the best way to call them back using the TD app. So I then called TD back and they told me it was a scam.
