Either this is a legit call -as I had an ACTIVE issue/complaint with an Amazon order at the time I received a message from this number. OR, someone has access to Amazon's call logs? Some note "spam" here, but I think the message I received may have been legit. The reason I think "legit" is they said "sorry to miss you, we will follow-up via email"... and after listening to the voicemail I checked my email and there was indeed an email from Amazon Customer Service. Maybe some companies "spoof" this number, however?

Seems like someone is spoofing this because they didn't want to speak until they had my email address which is odd because if it was Amazon I'd expect them to know it was me as I've had them contact me over an issue before and they don't usually have an Indian accent and ask for my email.
I did have an issue going on with Amazon but that's pretty normal for many people I'd imagine. Use caution with this, if they want anything too personal or for you to open a file or link I'd be very skeptical.
