7/17, 9:50 a.m. Central. "I'm calling because there was a payment of $100 on your Amazon Reload account, and it didn't go through." I drilled the "rep" about where I could do something like add money to a reload account, how that's processed, etc. When I told them I'd recorded the call and would be reporting them, the caller hung up.

Caller left message saying they needed to verify a charge. They stated they would call back in 2 minutes (which they did). I didn't talk to them either time. Checked credit card online and no charge pending. Calling them back doesn't go through.
